Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. light corn syrup, 1 c. water, 2 c. raw spanish peanuts and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine sugar, corn syrup and water in heavy skillet.
Cook slowly.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Cook to soft ball stage. Add salt and peanuts.
Cook to hard crack stage, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in butter and soda (mixture will be bubbly).
Pour on buttered cookie sheet.
