Mix all ingredients, except for the 1 bowl of sugar.
Roll dough in 1-inch balls and roll in bowl of sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes. While still hot from oven, press one Hershey's Kiss carefully into the top of each cookie.
Cool and enjoy!
