Peachtree Ribs
Peachtree Ribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. country-style ribs (serving size pieces), 1 (7 3/4 oz.) jar strained junior peaches, 1/3 c. ketchup, 1/3 c. vinegar and 2 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Place ribs in Dutch oven, cover with water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until tender, 1 to 2 hours.
Drain meat and place in a glass 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine peaches, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and ginger; pour over meat.
Let marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Drain well, reserving marinade.
