Peachesy Pie
Peachesy Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (13 oz.) can sliced peaches, 1/2 c. plus 1/3 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 2 tbsp. corn syrup and 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain peaches, reserving syrup.
Combine 1/2 cup sugar with peach slices, cornstarch, corn syrup, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla.
Set aside cheese cake topping.
Combine eggs, 1/3 cup sugar, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons peach syrup in saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
Soften cream cheese. Blend in sour cream.
Add hot mixture.
Beat smooth.
Pour in crust and bake.
