Peaches n' Cream Pie
Peaches N' Cream Pie is an impressive dinner. Made with 3/4 c. plain flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling (not instant) and 3 tbsp. soft butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, pie filling, butter, egg and milk with a mixer until well blended.
Pour in a 10-inch greased pie pan.
Place peaches over batter.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and 3 tablespoons juice.
Beat two minutes and spoon to within one inch of edge of batter.
Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon together.
Sift on top of cheese filling.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
