Peaches and Cream Pie
Peaches And Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 (3 1/4 oz.) vanilla pudding (do not use instant) and 3 tbsp. soft margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Grease bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Combine flour, salt, baking powder, pudding mix, margarine, egg and milk. Beat for 2 minutes.
Pour batter into pie plate.
Drain peaches, keeping the juice. Arrange peaches on top of batter. Combine cream cheese, cup of sugar and 3 tablespoons of peach juice.
Minutes.
Peaches to within 1-inch of edge of plate.
Combine 1 tablespoon of sugar with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350Β° for
30 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Filling will appear soft. Cool.
Store in refrigerator.
