Mix pudding, flour, baking powder and salt. Add melted butter, milk and egg.
Pour into an 8 x 12-inch pan. Cover with drained peaches.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 cup peach juice together.
Pour over peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350Β° for approximately 30 minutes.
