Peaches and Cream

Beat 3 egg whites stiff.
Set aside.
Mix sugar, crushed crackers fine, chopped nuts and baking powder.
Mix into egg whites.
Melt butter into 8-inch pie pan.
Then pour mixture into pan to make crust. Double recipe for 9 x 13 pan.
Cook 30 minutes at 325Β°. Top crust with peaches.
Finish with Cool Whip over peaches.
