Peach Salad
Peach Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large peach jello, 2 c. water or 2 c. water and 1 c. peach juice, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. sour cream and 1 (no. 2) can peaches, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix jello with 2 cups liquid and let partially set.
Add cream cheese and sour cream.
Mash peaches and add all ingredients.
Use blender and blend well.
Pour into molds and let set.
Apricots may be used instead of peaches.
