Peach Puff Pie
Peach Puff Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream butter with half the sugar.
Add beaten eggs gradually and lemon rind.
Add flour, salt and baking powder alternately with milk.
Line a pie plate with pastry.
Put peaches into it with remaining sugar, then spread batter over all and bake at 375° for 20 minutes; then 350° for 20 minutes.
Canned peaches can be used.
