Made with 1 (10-inch) deep dish pie crust, 10 to 12 medium peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced, 1 c. sugar, 2 large eggs, lightly beaten and 5 tbsp. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mound peaches in unbaked pie crust.
In small bowl, mix sugar, eggs and flour until smooth.
Pour over peaches; dot with butter. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Let sit before serving.
Serve with sweetened whipped cream.
