Peach Pie
Peach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, dash of salt, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 egg and 3 tbsp. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Peel and stir.
Put in unbaked pie shell.
Put a tablespoon Minute tapioca in bottom of pie shell. Add the peaches. After first layer of peaches, put in another tablespoon Minute tapioca. Add more peaches until you have a filled pie shell.
Pour the mixture over the peaches and bake 1 hour at 350Β° or until golden brown.
