👨‍🍳 Instructions

Line pie pan with crust and fill with sliced peaches.

Sprinkle cinnamon over peaches.

Beat eggs well, add sugar, flour and shortening.

Pour over peaches.

Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then at 325° for 40 minutes.

A crust will form over top of pie.
