Peach Marmalade
Peach Marmalade is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lemons, thinly sliced, 1 orange, thinly sliced, 4 to 6 peaches, 1 pkg. sure-jell and 1/2 tsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Simmer lemons and orange slices until tender, about 20 minutes.
Place in a 4-cup measure.
Peel and chop peaches.
Add to lemon and orange slices until the 4-cup measure is full.
Place fruit in a large heavy saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Add Sure-Jell and margarine.
Add sugar.
Bring to a boil.
Boil for 1 minute. Skim.
Pour into sterilized jars.
Process in hot water bath 10 minutes.
Makes 7 1/2 pints.
