Peach Crisp
Peach Crisp is an impressive dinner. Made with 6 medium peaches (4 c.), 1 c. brown sugar, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 2 tbsp. flour and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Combine peaches, brown sugar, lemon juice, flour and cinnamon in bowl.
Combine cookie mix and coconut in mixing bowl.
Cut in 1/2 cup butter with pastry blender.
Press 1/2 of topping mixture into bottom of 2-quart dish.
Spread peach mixture over crust.
Dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
Sprinkle remaining topping mixture over filling.
Bake in 375Β° oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
