Peach Congealed Salad
Peach Congealed Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. fresh peaches, peeled and chopped, 1/4 c. sugar, 6 oz. peach jello, 2 c. buttermilk and 1 medium cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Bring peaches and sugar to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Add jello and stir for 2 minutes to dissolve.
When cool, fold in buttermilk and Cool Whip.
Pour into an oblong casserole dish and refrigerate.
Microwave almonds on High for 5 minutes or until golden.
When cool, sprinkle on top of salad.
Serves 12 to 15.
