Peach Cobbler
Peach Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1 1/4 c. self-rising flour, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt margarine in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish or pan.
Sift 1 1/4 cups sugar, 1 1/4 cups flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder together in a separate mixing bowl.
Add 1 1/4 cups milk and stir with spoon until smooth.
Pour over margarine.
Spoon sliced peaches on top of flour mixture with 1/2 of peach juice.
Flour mixture will rise to top to form crust.
Cinnamon may be added to flour mixture at time of sifting if desired.
Bake in 350Β° preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
