Peach Bread Pudding
Peach Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can sliced peaches, 4 slices stale bread, 1/3 c. (heaping) dry milk powder, 4 tbsp. margarine and 5 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Grease a 2-quart baking dish with margarine.
Cut up peaches and save juice.
Reconstitute milk powder with juice drained from peaches.
Mix all ingredients and pour into baking dish.
Dot with margarine.
Bake at 400° for about 10 minutes; lower heat to 350° and bake about 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
