Peach Bread

Beat eggs.
Add oil and sugar; mix well.
Add flour, dry jello, coconut and lemon extract.
Mix well.
Mix chopped peaches by hand. Bake in tube or loaf pans that have been greased and floured.
Bake at 300Β° until a toothpick comes out clean.
This bread freezes well.
