Pea Soup
Pea Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. green peas, 1 large carrot, 6 stalks celery, 1/2 kielbasa and 1/2 leek, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Pour 6 cups of water into a cooking pot.
Wash peas and add to the water.
Add beef bouillon and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour over medium heat.
While cooking the peas, cut up all veggies into small pieces and add to the pea mixture.
Cook for another 1/2 hour.
Mash all the veggies in the soup.
Cut the kielbasa into small pieces and add to soup.
Cook for an additional 1/2 hour.
Let soup stand for 24 hours in refrigerator.
Heat before serving and enjoy!
