Pea Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) frozen peas, 2 boiled eggs, 1 small chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery and 1/2 c. water chestnuts (more or less), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
