Paulet De Normandie Chicken
Paulet De Normandie Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. pepperidge farm dressing mix, 1 stick oleo, 1 c. water, 2 1/2 c. diced chicken and 1/2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix dressing mix, oleo and water.
Mix chicken, celery, onion, mayonnaise and salt.
Layer a large, lightly greased, baking pan with half of the dressing mixture.
Put chicken mixture over dressing mixture; add rest of dressing mix.
Beat together the eggs and milk.
Pour over casserole and refrigerate overnight. Take out; let set 1 hour before baking.
Spread the mushroom soup on top.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese; bake 10 minutes more.
Bake at 350Β°.
