Paul's Watercress Salad
Paul'S Watercress Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 bunches fresh watercress, 2 tbsp. minced garlic, 8 to 10 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled, 16 oz. sour cream and 2 pkg. or bags frozen peas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wash and cut stems off watercress.
Drain thoroughly.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Fold in sour cream (do not defrost peas).
Garnish with sliced avocado and sprinkle of paprika. Serve immediately.
