In a large mixing bowl beat butter until fluffy.
Beat in sugar gradually, until light, add eggs one at a time.
Combine cornstarch, flour and baking powder; add to mixture until well blended.
Spoon into small muffin tins.
In a preheated oven at 325Β° bake 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Store in sealed containers.
