Patio Potato Salad
Patio Potato Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. milk, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/4 c. vinegar, 1 egg and 4 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In a medium saucepan, combine milk, sugar, vinegar, 1 egg, butter, cornstarch, salt, celery seed and dry mustard.
Cook and stir over low heat until thickened.
Remove from heat; blend in onion and mayonnaise.
Combine potatoes and hard-cooked eggs; carefully fold in dressing.
Chill.
Just before serving, sprinkle with paprika.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
