Pasta with Lemon Cream Sauce
Pasta With Lemon Cream Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. heavy cream, 1/4 tsp. dried hot red pepper flakes or to taste, 14 oz. dried pasta such as rigatoni or fettuccine, 1/2 c. half and half and 2 tbsp. freshly grated lemon rind, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saucepan, cook cream, the half and half, red pepper flakes and the rind over moderate heat until mixture is reduced to about 1 cup and thickened slightly.
While sauce is cooking, boil the pasta in salted water for 8 to 10 minutes; drain pasta.
In large serving bowl, combine pasta, sauce and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle pasta with parsley.
