Pasta Seafood Salad
Pasta Seafood Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. elbow macaroni, 3 c. broccoli florets, 1 c. green pepper, diced, 1 c. red pepper, diced and 14 oz. tuna fish, drained and chunked, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cool elbow macaroni as directed on package; drain, rinse with cold water and hold aside.
Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water.
Combine elbow macaroni, broccoli, green and red peppers, olives and tuna fish.
Add Italian dressing and toss gently, but well.
Makes 13 1/2 cups or 8 servings.
