Pasta Salad
Pasta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. rotini, 1 (8 oz.) bottle favorite italian salad dressing (not creamy), 1/2 can small pitted black olives, 1/2 c. chopped fresh broccoli tops and 4 strips bacon, cooked very crisp, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook rotini al dente.
In glass or crystal serving dish, mix rotini, sliced olives, broccoli and carrots.
Add dressing and mix gently (not necessary to use all dressing).
Refrigerate for several hours (overnight is okay).
When ready to serve, break bacon into bits; add cheese and mix lightly.
Top with croutons.
