Cook spaghetti according to directions.
In a 12-inch skillet, cook peppers, squash and mushrooms in margarine for 3 to 4 minutes until almost tender.
Drain pasta.

In medium saucepan, combine Ricotta, Mozzarella, milk, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
