Cook pasta and drain.

For pasta crust, in a large bowl, combine egg, milk and Parmesan cheese.

Stir in pasta.

Spread pasta mixture evenly in a greased 12-inch pizza pan.

Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.

In large skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is brown.

Drain fat.

Add pepper, undrained tomatoes and Italian seasoning.

Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 10 to 12 minutes until most of liquid evaporates.

Stir in mushrooms.
