Pasta Florentine
Pasta Florentine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained, 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 c. cottage cheese (low-fat, small curd), 1 egg white and 1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 375Β°.
Mix spinach, Mozzarella cheese, egg white, Parmesan cheese and nutmeg until blended.
Fill each pasta shell with a heaping tablespoonful of spinach mixture.
Place in greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
Spoon sauce over shells.
Cover with foil.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
