Pasta Ala Norcina
Pasta Ala Norcina is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. mostaccioli pasta, 1 (28 oz.) can italian tomatoes, drained and crushed with fork, 1/2 lb. italian sausage, 1/4 c. margarine and 2 tbsp. white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a frying pan, crumble sausage and margarine. Add wine.
When wine evaporates, add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook 15 to 20 minutes over medium pasta according to directions.
