Pascha is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 14 c. bread flour, 1 qt. milk (powdered milk, mix with water and heat until lukewarm), 4 eggs, 1/4 lb. butter and 1 large cake yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Make a well in pan of flour; add eggs, butter, milk and yeast.
Knead until dough is mixed.
Remove dough from pan; clean pan with shortening.
Put dough back into pan and knead a few times.
Cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 2 hours.
