Party Time Reubens
Party Time Reubens is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. thousand island dressing, mustard, 36 slices party rye bread, 1 c. well drained, chopped sauerkraut and 1/2 lb. sliced swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Spread each bread slice lightly with mustard and 1/2 teaspoon dressing.
Place 1 tablespoon sauerkraut on each; top with beef and cheese slices.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 8 minutes or until cheese melts.
Can be made ahead and chilled until time to heat and serve.
