Party Reubens(Appetizer)
Party Reubens(Appetizer) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. thousand island dressing, 2 tsp. dijon mustard, 1 tsp. prepared horseradish, 2 tbsp. margarine, softened and 24 slices party size rye bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine first 3 ingredients; set aside.
Spread 1/4 teaspoon butter on top of each bread slice.
Place a half slice of corned beef on each slice, folding beef to fit.
Top each with 1/2 teaspoon sauce mixture, 1 teaspoon sauerkraut and a piece of cheese.
Place bread slices on baking sheet; broil 8 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese melts.
Yields 2 dozen.
