Party Potatoes
Party Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. mashed potatoes or 4 c. instant potatoes, prepared, 1 c. sour cream, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 1/4 tsp. dried chives or 1 tbsp. fresh chives and 1 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, chives and garlic powder.
Turn into a greased 2-quart casserole. Combine bread crumbs with butter.
Sprinkle over top of potatoes. Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
Top with cheese and serve immediately.
Dish can be prepared a day ahead of time and baked before serving.
Serves 10 to 12 portions.
