Spread out meat and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic. Soak bread in milk.
Put meat in bowl with bread and mix thoroughly; use hands.
Shape into small meat balls; place in baking dish.
Mix jelly and chili sauce and pour over meat balls. Bake in 375Β° oven for about an hour or until sauce thickens. Depending on size of meat balls serves 35 to 40.
