Party Cheese Ball
Party Cheese Ball is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 small can crushed pineapple, 1 small onion, chopped fine, 1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped and 1/2 c. ripe olives, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all ingredients, except 1/2 the pecans.
Form into a ball or log.
Roll in remaining pecans to coat the outside.
Chill and serve with crackers.
