Parsley Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. potatoes, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Peel and cut in 2-inch pieces the potatoes.
In a saucepan, cook potatoes in water to cover until tender.
Drain.
Combine margarine and parsley.
