Parsley Potatoes
Parsley Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. small potatoes, 1/4 c. water, 1 tbsp. minced parsley, 2 tbsp. butter and dash of salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cut a 1/2-inch strip of peel from around the middle of each potato.
Place potatoes in 2-quart casserole dish.
Add water. Cover with lid and cook at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
Drain potatoes and stir in parsley, butter, salt and pepper.
Makes 4 servings.
