Parsley Meat Loaf
Parsley Meat Loaf is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground chuck, 1 1/4 c. soft breadcrumbs, 1 c. chopped fresh parsley, 3/4 c. chopped onion and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine all ingredients except bay leaves and catsup; stir well.
Shape into a loaf and place in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch two-piece loaf pan with drain holes in the bottom.
Arrange bay leaves on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Remove from pan and discard bay leaves; spread catsup over meat loaf.
