Parmesan Vegetable Toss Salad
Parmesan Vegetable Toss Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 head lettuce, 1 cauliflower, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp. sugar and 1 small can water chestnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut up broccoli, cauliflower and sliced onion; place in large bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, sugar and Parmesan cheese together; pour over vegetables.
Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Add lettuce, water chestnuts, bacon bits and croutons just before serving.
You may put cashew nuts, if desired.
Very good even after refrigerated for a few days, if some left over.
