Parmesan Potatoes
Parmesan Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 or 8 idaho potatoes, 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, 1 stick oleo and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Peel and quarter potatoes.
Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix all dry ingredients and put in paper sack.
Shake potatoes in sack and place on side in melted oleo.
Pour remaining dry ingredients from sack over potatoes.
Sprinkle generously with paprika.
Cook at 350Β° for approximately 1 hour, uncovered, and do not turn potatoes while cooking.
