Peel potatoes and cut into quarters.
Moisten potatoes with water.
Shake in a bag or roll in mixture of flour, cheese, salt and pepper.
Melt butter in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Place potatoes in single layer in pan.
Bake at 375Β° for about 1 hour; turn once. Sprinkle with parsley.
