Parmesan Potato Crisps
Parmesan Potato Crisps is an easy dinner. Made with 3 or 4 small baking potatoes, 2 tsp. margarine, melted, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese and dash of pepper or seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Scrub potatoes; thinly slice (you should have 2 cups sliced potatoes).
Arrange potatoes in a thin layer in a lightly greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Brush with melted margarine. Sprinkle cheese and pepper or seasoned salt over potatoes.
Bake, uncovered, in a 450Β° oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp.
