Parmesan-Paprika Potatoes(Microwave Quick!)
Parmesan-Paprika Potatoes(Microwave Quick!) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 serving size redskin potatoes, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 tsp. paprika, 1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Wash and remove eyes from the potatoes. Place in medium size serving bowl or small casserole.
Microwave 10 minutes. Check for doneness.
Using a fork and sharp knife, slice the potatoes in the serving bowl. Add all other ingredients and continue cutting through the potatoes with knife and mixing with the fork until a nice chunky, "buttery" look is achieved.
(It happens very quickly.) Roundly shape the top a little and garnish with paprika and parsley flakes.
