Parmesan-Herb Bread
Parmesan-Herb Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. butter, softened, 1/4 c. grated parmesan, 1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder and 1 (12-inch long) loaf italian bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat broiler.
In small bowl, mix butter, grated Parmesan, parsley flakes and garlic powder.
Slice bread horizontally in half.
Spread both cut sides with cheese mixture.
Place bread, cut sides up, on cookie sheet.
Place cookie sheet on rack at closest position to source of heat; broil bread 1 to 2 minutes until cheese mixture is golden and bubbly.
Remove from broiler.
Sprinkle roasted red peppers over top of bread.
Cut each half into 4 pieces.
