(4 oz.) 100% grated parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. finely chopped red or green pepper and 1/2 c. finely chopped green onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix together first six ingredients until well blended.
Shape mixture into eight 3-inch patties.
Coat with bread crumbs.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
