Parmesan Chicken Wings
Parmesan Chicken Wings is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. chicken wings, cut up, 1 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese, 1 heaping tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley, 1 tbsp. fresh or dried chopped oregano and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Cut tip from each wing and discard. Cut wings into two pieces.
Mix cheese, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper together; place on a dry tray or baking sheet.
Dip each piece of chicken into melted butter, then roll in cheese mixture, coating well. Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes, turning when brown.
