Parmesan Carrots
Parmesan Carrots is an easy dinner. Made with 2 bunches carrots, 5 tbsp. butter, salt to taste, 1/4 tsp. sugar and 3 tbsp. freshly grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Peel the carrots and slice them into disks 3/8-inch thick. (The thin tapered ends can be cut a little thicker.)
Put carrots and butter in a skillet large enough to contain the carrots in a single layer and add enough water to come 1/4-inch up the side of pan.
Cook over moderate heat, uncovered.
